- Step 1
We call you
Usually within one working day of your order, on the number you left. We read back the item, the address and the exact amount the courier will collect. This call is what confirms the order.
- Step 2
We pack and hand over
One to two working days after the call, the parcel goes to the courier or postal operator that covers your country.
- Step 3
It travels
Three to seven working days on the road, depending on the country. The tracking details come from us on the call, or whenever you ask.
- Step 4
You pay the courier
In cash, at your door, once the parcel is in your hands. Nothing is paid in advance and no card is used.

What it costs
Nothing, on every order and with no minimum. The only money you hand over is the price of the goods, to the courier, at delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged, or has not come ten working days after the confirmation call, tell us: where is my parcel explains what happens next.
