Who we are

WattOutlet is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.

The same company built and runs this website, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, takes your order, confirms it with a phone call, sends the parcel, collects the payment from the courier and handles returns, refunds and the guarantee. If something goes wrong, there is one place to write to, and it is the one that sold you the item.

We sell consumer electronics and gadgets: home cameras, car gadgets, wearables and fitness, and things for the home, the TV and the dark evenings. Each item shows its price in the currency of the country it goes to. Delivery is free of charge, and you pay in cash to the courier once the parcel is in your hands.

The full company details are on the seller information page, and you can reach the desk through the contact form.
